The 3 bedroom apartment was tastefully decorated, clean and in a quiet, peaceful- neighborhood. . The check in and out was in the close by Hotel. Parking garage is under the building. Stores are walking distance.

Lovely spacious apartment a short walk from town, and with a lovely pool. Shame there is no AC or fan provided and the walls are quite thin so noise can be a problem

Lousy restaurant.

Poor restaurant, cold dishes although we were 3 tables in total.
Between cold and hard, the waitress offered neither menu of the day nor knew the spoon dish of the day.
The quality / price leaves much to be desired.
I'll put the opinion on TheFork too.
I would never repeat.

Lamentamos profundamente que su experiencia en nuestro restaurante no haya cumplido con sus expectativas, sería interesante que en otra ocasión, pueda transmitirnos en ese mismo momento cualquier incidencia o descontento con el servicio o los platos y estaremos encantados de solucionar cualquier inconveniente al instante.
Nos sorprende mucho su comentario ya que no es la tónica habitual de nuestros clientes, pero respetamos por supuesto, su valoración al respecto.

Everything was excelent. Only problem was lack of instructions on checking in. We arrived in the evening and it was raining. But the stay was perfect.

Property NOT recommended if traveling with pet

Hotel NOT recommended for pets. They offer at no additional cost and are not, they carry a supplement as can be verified on the invoice of our stay. There are other better options in the area that treat pets rather better.

Lamentamos profundamente la situación, pero nos gustaría saber donde han podido encontrara que ofertamos la estancia de las mascotas sin coste, para así, poder modificarlo y que no lleve a confusión, ya que en todos nuestros canales se indica que conlleva un coste.
Este coste adicional, es destinado a la limpieza profunda de textiles y el apartamento en general, para que el siguiente huésped se encuentre el apartamento en perfectas condiciones.
En abba Comillas Apartments, valoramos mucho la compañía y la alegría que las mascotas aportan y es por ello que ofrecemos a la llegada a su apartamento una camita propia y un comedero y bebedero, además de una bolsita con diferentes artículos para ellos.
Además, queremos recordarle que nuestra recepción está disponible para resolver cualquier duda y ofrecer la asistencia necesaria con respecto a la estancia de las mascotas y cualquier otro servicio que ofrecemos.de que nuestros estándares de comunicación y servicio se mantengan siempre al más alto nivel.
