Great location, spaciousness and sea views. Good value for money.

We stayed in a low with large patio from which you could see the sea.The beach very close and the center tb. The apartment was spacious, clean and the bed mattresses were comfortable. It had everything you need to be comfortable spending a few days at the beach. Sea view. All very friendly staff. The air conditioning worked very well. Necessary in the middle of a heatwave. It is a quiet area and sleeps well.
The sticks: there was little parking in the area, although we arrived early and in the end we could find a gap more or less close.
The furniture was old but everything worked ok. The kitchen tap was moving and the sofa bed was "Tell me." The glass plate was very worn.
Overall, just for the location, spaciousness and reasonable price, it is worth the site.

Lousy.

Dirty very dirty, bad smell, ants, humidity, so old that gray hair was sunk, I will never return how can this place be open? And how do you have 2 stars?

Awful stay

I have no words to describe the DIRE experience. Leaving aside that there was not even gel in the bathroom, the room was quite sloppy from cleaning on floors, walls, to sofa and chairs, it was disgusting. The only good thing I found the air conditioning, at least it worked. The wardrobe was ridiculously dwarf, not to mention the room that the beds were dwarf too.
The worst thing about the experience was THE NOISE, the walls look like cardboard, apart from listening to other guests at night you could hear a frightening noise!! It sounded like there was a boat beeping inside the aparthotel every 2 minutes!! We couldn't sleep at all, and when we went out and talked about it at reception they were crazy. Lucky we didn't put up any claim sheets because of how tired we were.
Refrain from booking here if you prioritize rest and nighttime sleep.
It is surprising because it seems that all the reviews about this loud "boat" noise have disappeared from tripadvisor and google, I would not repeat or crazy this stay.
Outside seems like one thing and inside is quite another.

Fatal

Fatal! Heat, no air, no reform...mosquitos the poorly educated staff... I do not recommend it, if you find another place before going to this, flee!!!! The facade and the entrance great but the fatal rooms....run away!!! The staff leave a lot to be desired!!!

Best location in Conil

Just walk across the street and you are on the best beach in Spain - especially if you are travelling with small kids. There is also parking right in front of the hotel, The town is pleasant with few non-Spanish tourists. The hotel is simple with nothing fancy. We had a two room apartment for 3 adults and two children (1 and 3 years old) - it was perfect. The staff is very friendly. We will keep coming back. The place is only open during summer season.
