Excellent

As we arrived at the apartment the attention of the hosts (Juani and Felix) was unbeatable, a very close and friendly treatment.
The apartment was in perfect condition, both cleaning and furniture, utensils etc.
The bed super comfortable and spacious.
As for the bathroom, very complete with two showers, one of them with hydromassage.
The location is super good, close to the beach and the center of Conil, being a quiet area and without much noise.
As another positive point, they offer you the option of reserving a place in a car park near the apartment which was certainly a great choice as parking in the village becomes complicated.
There is flexibility in the arrival time.
Without a doubt a great experience, we will repeat.

Excellent place for holidays ar Close to the sea

It is A place that is close to the Beach a few meters .Also it is super clean .The hosts are a charm always on the lookout that you need and help you the top 10 of the Bed .super good mattress .You sleep like a BB.It is all Clean, everything organized and is a place to come back always as you feel at home

We stayed for a week in the estudio verde (green studio). Nice modern studio with comfy bed, good bathroom and outside terrace, plus a communal roof terrace. Kitchen area modern but small. OK for making sandwiches and cooling drinks but not ideal if you wanted to make a meal. Why would you want to do that in Conil, the tapas bars and restaurants are some of the best in Spain, and I've travelled the country extensively. Quiet location but only minutes from the beach and the town. Juani and Felix are a nice couple running a good rental business there.

Quiero repetir!!!!

Apartamentos muy bonitos y muy bien cuidado son tranquilos a pesar de estar muy cerquita del centro en una zona muy comercial, Juani y Félix son un matrimonio muy agradable y simpáticos. Pudimos entrar antes de la hora. La recepción la tuvimos con Juani y Felix que nos estuvieron enseñando el apartamento y las zonas comunes los dos súper atentos. Nos encantó el detalle del regalo del imán, y también tienen un detalle muy bueno que es un benjamín de cava, que por cierto está muy bueno Seguro que volveremos a ir.
