Just in awe ✨
One of the best experiences we have ever had.
We stayed for 7 days at Palacio Colomera, and every single day was filled with pleasant surprises thanks to the staff’s outstanding professionalism and kindness.
This hotel truly represents high-end hospitality. We were impressed by all the thoughtful details: pool towels available, Rituals toiletries, water and coffee in the room, a fully equipped toiletry kit… Everything is carefully designed to ensure maximum comfort. The cleanliness is impeccable throughout the entire hotel, from the rooms to the pool and common areas.
The room service is exceptional, and the quality of the food is also worth highlighting. A special thank you to the chefs for the breakfast buffet, which was simply outstanding.
We felt like we were on a little cloud during the entire stay truly relaxed and on vacation from start to finish.
A huge thank you to the whole team for this unforgettable experience.

Modern in an old city
Location is central, walkable to the Mezquita; Puente Romano and even closer to the Romab column ruins. There are other hotels closer to the Mezquita but we like that the area is modern, gets a lot of light and opens to the plaza. The shops are also close for both retail shopping and grocery runs. The rooms are sizable but we got a double corner room. If you need a cab it is basically in front of the hotel which is convenient. If anything, the lighting can be a bit on the dim side but I find that is common in old rooms in Europe.

Good stay, with some unnecessary issues.
I recently stayed here. I have to say it was a very good location to access the city being very central. The checkin was exceptional, with all aspects covered very professionally and even my membership of the H10 loyalty scheme was recognised without me even making not of this on the booking.
The only downside was the noise in the morning from the mood music which started very early and cleaners and people prepping the hotel. Seem all a bit unnecessary and slightly insensitive.

Luxurious haven
Ten out of ten. Luxurious and refined for a good price. Amazing views from the rooftop bar (but prices a tad steep). Location ideal. Had a room with large balcony...amazing. Room a bit on the small side but large deck gave us room to sit. I always want pool to open later at hotels; 9 pm is a bit early for me. Probably a children/noise issue for adjacent rooms. May I suggest quiet/adult only from 9-10?
