This was a great hotel, we spent the majority of our trip here. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were helpful, very nice and kind. The outdoor space was great, we loved having coffee outside and watching the girls in the pool.
Excellent place to stay!

There must be other nicer hotels!

A regular at the Accor network for decades, this is the first time I am not satisfied. The staff is not welcoming. Every morning, you have to fight to get pastries or Nutella. Renewing annoys one of the employees deeply, who prefers to say that there is no more stock. It should be noted for future reference that one must turn to other servers. The reception was quite unfriendly and devoid of any smiles, so we decided to shorten our stay. In the end, we were right; Carollina, the hostess who modified our reservation, was just as unfriendly as the waitress. And she didn't even ask us why we were leaving. In short, a big zero for this hotel regarding reception and customer consideration. We paid a high price for very little service!

I truly enjoyed my stay there. Rooms are amazing. Bed is so comfortable. The staff is super kind and they’re dog friendly. At check-in they even gave my dog a gift which included a snack, a bone, and a toy. It was so cute. Breakfast was so good! Plenty of choice. I highly recommend.
