Great holiday complex.
This was our third visit to Alua Suites. The staff are very Friendly & helpful. The grounds & gardens are amazing beautiful well done to all the garden staff.Pool area immaculate. The food great lots of choice .Quick walk to the beach.Slow stroll to the Music Square Corralejo. Brilliant nightout.

brilliant staff and pools but let down by food
hotel staff were brilliant pools were clean and well looked after but the food was awful cold or bland this was the only thing that let the place down.
we stayed for 10 days and only had 1 good meal.
we did a lot of the activity's which were all brilliant and the couches that picked us up were always on time

Another Good Stay at Alua Suites
This was my second time staying at Alua Suites, and whilst some of the negative comments are true, I think some are a bit unfair, for us it was just as good as last time.
I booked a one-bedroom suite for me and my daughter, which worked out perfectly—she had her own space, and I slept on the sofa bed in the lounge. The suite was spacious, and the large balcony was good.
Housekeeping was excellent. The room was cleaned daily, beds made, fresh sheets, and the maids were always cheerful and friendly. The bathroom could definitely use a little refresh, but nothing major. One morning we had a brief water outage, but it was sorted quickly and didn’t really impact our stay.
The pools are lovely, very clean and well looked after. Bar staff were mostly good. My only minor gripe is the token system at the pool bar. I get the idea—it keeps the place tidy—but if you leave your drinks at a closed bar, you’ll be asked for tokens the next day, even though you're wearing an all-inclusive wristband. A bit odd, but manageable.
The €20 cash deposit per towel seemed a bit steep. Honestly, it’s easier to bring your own or buy one locally for a few euros.
The restaurant was as good as you make it—plenty of choice and a different theme each night, so there’s always something new to try.
The location is brilliant. It’s a short walk to Popcorn Beach, and the main town is an easy 20 min stroll with loads of bars, restaurants, and live music. Music Square is especially great in the evenings.
All in all, we had another great stay—and we’ll definitely be back.

My favourite club amazing holiday
We stayed in the my favourite club area. If you aren't travelling with children I recommend upgrading. The rooms were spacious and so comfy. The pool areas were great and we never struggled to get a sun bed. The pools were cold but still great for a swim.
The balconies were perfect, if you were in a ground floor room you got shade from the sun. The upstairs balconies were good for sunbathing on and is built to protect from the wind.
Overall it was a great holiday and the hotel was perfect

Wonderful holiday
Just back from a week stay at Alua Suite..we were a family of five. It was a wonderful place to stay. The staff are really friendly, the rooms were cleaned every day and really spacious.
Lots of choices of pools to suit all preferences. Our 3 year old grand daughter absolutely loved it! Really great location as well near the beach and walking distance to resort centre!
