Apartment in a nice complex with a pool
Two of us stayed for a week in apartment 46 of the Alisios Playa complex. It belongs to an owner and we rented it through Booking. The apartment, well-equipped, clean, and sunny, was on the second floor with a sunny terrace overlooking the gardens and the pool. The complex is very well maintained and very quiet. It is about a 10-minute walk from the main street of Corralejo with many restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Parking is on the street. During the day there is no problem parking. In the evening/at night you have to look a little harder. It should be clarified that the complex does not offer a bar or restaurant. My suggestion is to put some umbrellas in the pool area. There is no shade and the sun is strong. We have been very comfortable in this apartment and in this complex.

I stayed at Alicios Playa,Correlajo, NO 44.
It was a very run down apartment, dusty, mouldy dirty curtains, small lizards on the kitchen floor, hot air coming from the fan, bedroom window locked, kitchen sink blocked, safe not working, grubby towels.I eat out all the time, my god was I glad to get home.
I contacted HomeForGuest several times, they were very helpful, but could do nothing to correct the problems,(saw they are bsed in mainland Spain) as it is privately owned by a gangster.I booked this place with Booking.com, surely they should consider giving me a partial refund.
Its a place I will never forget.

Perfect
We are currently staying in B-rentals for 3 weeks. We arrived quite late by taxi arranged by Alberto. From the moment we were picked up by lovely taxi driver it has been excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean with all the amenities that you need for a self catering apartment. The pool is well maintained along with the gardens and grounds surrounding the apartments. We are only a few minutes from white sandy beach and main strip. Alberto is always at hand if we need any advice. I would highly recommend these apartments and describe it as chilled and quiet even though just a few minutes to main center of shops restaurants and wine and pub bars. Will definitely return and might even request to stay a further few weeks if availability is an option.

Disgusting apartment
We booked through booking.com but Flatguest are the management who supposedly look after the apartment.
No.4 is absolutely disgusting.
The place is dated and filthy , the apartment stinks of smoke even though it is advertised as no smoking . The garden outside the terrace is basically an ashtray. The seating area is dirty and the paint is peeling meaning you can't sit on it .
The bathroom door does not close , the bedroom door does not close .
The towels are stained and appear dirty , the bedding is mouldy .
Ants in the kitchen and bedroom , crawling up the walls and onto the bed .
The safety pin for the windows has to be forced in to ensure it's closed correctly. There are 2 safes in the apartment but neither available.
Mould and cobwebs all around apartment.
Filthy marks on the walls
The sofa absolutely stinks of smoke and dirt .
The pool area is a disgrace , the pool itself is dangerous. My son cut his elbow open in the pool as the paintwork is peeling away .
I am disgusted and shocked that this is being rented to the public . It should be removed feom listing's immediately. The apparent free WiFi doesn't work .
Cupboard handles falling off , fixtures falling off . The shower head sprays water everywhere.

Bel residence
Nice and welcoming location of recent construction, equipped with various comforts, plane late and Andrea waited for us and welcomed us with education and sympathy, beautiful pool and gardens are well cared for. Recommendation to everyone. Cleaning from n1.
