This attractive apartment complex is set just 200 metres from Playa Bastian Beach, on Lanzarote's Costa Teguise. It is built around an outdoor pool, with a sun terrace and loungers. The swimming pool is heated all year round.

Disappointing Stay – Great Location but Basic and Poorly Managed
We stayed for 10 days and the apartment was incredibly basic. It didn’t feel particularly clean and, during our entire stay, it seemed to be cleaned only once. Towels were changed twice. The cooking facilities and space were very limited, which was particularly difficult for us as we were travelling with our children.
The pool was adequate for what we needed, and being on the ground floor was convenient. Overall, the apartment was reasonable value for money, but there was very little atmosphere around the complex.
We also had an issue with the electricity going off, although to be fair, the owner did manage to resolve this for us.
However, the biggest issue for us was what happened with our second apartment. We had specifically booked **two apartments** because we were travelling with our children, who are still young. As the apartments weren’t located together, we moved one of the beds so that we could all sleep together and ended up using just one apartment.
We were then extremely unhappy to discover that the second apartment had been given to other guests without us being informed or offered any compensation. We could actually have made good use of the second apartment for cooking, as well as having the extra plates, cutlery and space. I personally don’t agree with the way this was handled. If the apartment was going to be given to someone else, we should at the very least have been informed and offered some form of compensation.
Overall, this wasn’t a great stay for us and we certainly wouldn’t return. The location was the main positive, but personally, I’d recommend paying a little extra for somewhere with better cleanliness, more facilities and a little more comfort and luxury.

The apartments were well equipt and had everthing we needed.
The only negative would be that the pool area is looking a little tired and could do with a good jetwash.
On a positive, we were able to stay in our room until 6pm at no extra cost.
We would definately recommend and would be happy to stay again.
