This is a centrally located hotel in the old quarters of the city. We booked the triple room and were pleasantly surprised at how large and comfortable the room was. The hotel is a converted home from the mid 1800’s. It still has a lot of its classic touches, such as the flooring, doors, shelving. We loved it. It reminded me of my great grandparents home. The location was great and within walking distance to the port. They offered breakfast. The staff was great and super friendly. Parking was off site, but they have it all worked out. We took several day trips from Denia.

The oldness
It calls itself a boutique hotel... let's just say that oldness reigns supreme... not even the cleaning of the room in the morning... disgusting....

Come le abbiamo spiegato al check-in e come indicato sui cartelli informativi nelle camere, la pulizia viene effettuata ogni 3 giorni per motivi ambientali. Tuttavia, se desidera una pulizia giornaliera, le basterà apporre un cartello sulla porta della sua camera. In caso contrario, il nostro personale addetto alle pulizie non verrà a effettuare la pulizia. Ci dispiace che questo piccolo dettaglio non sia stato di suo gradimento, dato che non ha espresso alcuna lamentela riguardo al resto del suo soggiorno. Cordiali saluti,

A great idyllic destination, the rooms are clean and the staff is polite. The breakfast was worth the price. In addition, it is possible for a customer driving a car to get a parking space in a locked yard approx. 100m from the accommodation. I recommend this item.

Excellent hotel and only a leisurely 5 minute stroll down to the marina
Everything from check-in to check-out was excellent. Receptionists friendly and knowledgeable. Art boutique it certainly is, stayed in some Paradores but this really was quaint and quirky.

Perfect for a 2 night stay in Denia
Lovely hotel with old Spanish charm and personality. Rooms are big, well equipped, have wi-fi, aircon works well, plenty of hot water and comfortable beds.location is perfect to visit the castle and the marina. The adjacent street has loads of tapas bars and other small businesses. The staff are friendly, receptionist was fluent in several languages. Courtyard is perfect for a quiet coffee, breakfast or nightcap. If arriving by car I would recommend prebooking a car parking place as the hotel is situated in the old narrow streets so parking could be a nightmare.
