Ideal para unas vacaciones tranquilas

Un buen sitio si se quiere tranquilidad y un entorno agradable a poca distancia de la playa. El centro urbano está a casi 5 Km, pero cerca hay supermercados y restaurantes. Las zonas comunes son estupendas, amplias, tranquilas y muy bien cuidadas. y las plazas de aparcamiento son adecuadas. El apartamento tiene un buen equipamiento, todo lo necesario y relativamente moderno, aunque el baño necesitaría un pequeño repaso. Por poner una pega, el WiFi funciona bastante regular. Recomendable.

Decepcionante

Las zonas comunes están muy bien cuidadas y son muy bonitas y cómodas de usar al contrario los apartamentos tienen el mobiliario baste viejo y usado; la nevera y la lavadora deben tener más de 25 años y ni enfría casi, ni lava bien. Los colchones son baratos y y algunos muy usados, de las almohadas mejor no hablar. El sofá imposible sentarse en el agusto y mucho menos dormir en el
Colchón que tiene. Siendo una urbanización muy buena es una pena la poca calidad de los apartamentos.

Apartamento muy poco cuidado

Apartamento poco cuidado.
Tiene un sofá muy sucio (pedí un cubre sofa) y huele a humedad al igual que el tapizado de las sillas del salón.
La mesita del salón estaba rota por las cuatro esquinas.
Las cortinas del salón muy sucias (de hecho tuvimos que decir que las quitaran).
Las cuerdas de las persianas estaban negras daba asco tocarlas.
Los cristales de la barandilla sucios.
Vamos, que no se lo recomiendo a nadie.
No vuelvo.
