Totally satisfied, more than recommended. A 10.

Very spacious and clean rooms, with built-in wardrobes, two beds, bedside table, desk, chair, television, air conditioning, wifi, heating, two windows with views of the vineyards, the bathrooms are also very large and clean with everything you need, envelopes of soap and shampoo, daily change of towels and also with a window.
The cafeteria/restaurant has a very large terrace and they have a €14 menu with about 10 things to choose from as a first course and another 10 as a second course. We had a variety of appetizers, a salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, asparagus, hearts of palm, corn, boiled egg, green and black olives and tuna, for the main course we ordered cuttlefish and lamb chops accompanied with French fries and for dessert, egg and pineapple flan.
The owners are super friendly.
And for a better memory this morning when we handed over the keys they gave us a bottle of wine.
They have solar panels throughout the hotel building which is also ecological.
And a huge parking lot.
Certainly a more than recommended place.
We will return for sure.

You're of the opinion that most of them seem to put them up themselves, it can't be under any circumstances that they're all okay,

They charge me by card the only night of the hotel on arrival, until correct, but after a few days they charge the card again the same amount, bone duplicate, and there is no way to refund me after claiming many times, disappointing

Very dirty and very humid

Lousy clean dirty and humid, bathroom smelling of urine, bad pillows sheets are transparent and dirty bedspreads, doors do not close well and there were drafts, when we arrived the room was freezing we had a hard time getting into heat

Don't book here!!!

Unfortunately my girlfriend and I arrived at the property after 10pm, but we made sure before booking, by calling the reception, that we could do so. Upon arrival, the owner welcomed us with an extremely arrogant and aggressive tone, telling us that we could not arrive after 10pm. We tried to explain to him that we had phoned and asked for information about it and specified through the platform that we would arrive at 12am. We argued for over an hour when he finally made us pay, insisting he wanted cash, and gave us a room. Room n7 was dirty, we found fur and hair everywhere, in general it had not been cleaned and the towels were dirty with excrement and blood certainly from previous customers.
At that point we ring the bell again and he changes our room, here too the towels were the same dirty and we ask him to change them for us. The owner wanted to give us our money back to leave even though it was 2 am now.
The gentleman's behavior is unacceptable and he seemed annoyed by our requests, which were more than legitimate. Don't make the mistake of booking.

Simple motel top class

In the middle of nowhere, I mean: 3 km from Requena, a huge car park, a two floors building a simple restaurant, two middle age managers , friendly, they speak Spanish only but communication is not a problem. Rooms and bathroom are simple and very clean. Quiet if no guest in the room above.The bill cheap. I recommand .
