Large and well-appointed suite. The pool was small and busy, but nice to able to take a short dip. Reception was helpful and the food service was fine.

Magnificent stay
This is an establishment we visit regularly, and for our 4th stay, we had the pleasure of being upgraded and occupying a junior suite. Our stay was even more pleasant than the previous ones.

Bad experience with desk attendant
Hotel and housekeeping were fine. If you had not booked half or full board you could not use the restaurant. You could eat with a limited menu in the lounge or on the terrace. Parking garage turns out to be extremely expensive. At check-in I asked how expensive it was because I stayed there 4 nights .20euro was said what turned out later at check-out 20euro per day . I didn't settle for that because for a 4 star hotel I don't expect you to have to pay that much extra. There was a discussion with the desk staff that I was more or less lying and that the same had not been said about the 20 euros while the relevant employee was not there . If I didn't pay, the police would be called in. Eventually paid and later started a restriction with the manager that eventually gave me a 205 discount on parking. I keep parking it for a pretty expensive hotel a lot of money of 20euro a day in a poorly lit and very small parking garage.

Het spijt ons oprecht dat er een misverstand is ontstaan over de parkeerkosten. Zoals wij eerder hebben aangegeven, staan er op verschillende plaatsen in de parkeergarage duidelijke borden waarop vermeld staat dat het tarief € 20 per dag bedraagt.
Wij willen ook graag verduidelijken dat het nooit onze bedoeling is geweest u als leugenaar neer te zetten. Tijdens ons gesprek hebben wij enkel aangegeven dat er waarschijnlijk sprake was van een misverstand, aangezien al onze receptiemedewerkers dagelijks de parkeertarieven aan onze gasten meedelen. Hoe dan ook begrijpen wij dat dit voor u een vervelende situatie is geweest en bieden wij hiervoor onze excuses aan.
Daarnaast vertrouwen wij erop dat de schriftelijke informatie die in de parkeergarage wordt weergegeven, de geldende tarieven duidelijk aangeeft en als officiële informatie geldt.
Wij waarderen het dat u de tijd heeft genomen om met onze hotelmanager te spreken en dat wij u als blijk van goede wil een korting hebben kunnen aanbieden. Het spijt ons dat dit uw indruk van uw verblijf niet volledig heeft kunnen verbeteren.
Wij hopen dat, afgezien van dit ongelukkige misverstand, de rest van uw verblijf naar wens is verlopen en dat wij u in de toekomst opnieuw mogen verwelkomen.

Cosy charming hotel
Cozy older hotel with lovely terrace and garden.
Friendly staff.
Close to the old town, with many small hostels and beautiful churches etc
The pool was a little disappointing .. very small, but nice to cool in in the summer heat
Unfortunately not many sunbeds .
