A Michelin-Starred Taste of the Delta de l’Ebre

This Michelin-starred restaurant, which has also received several other accolades, is an excellent choice for discovering and enjoying the flavours of the Ebro Delta through a slow-food approach.
The tasting menu offers an impressive variety and number of courses, with excellent value for money. It is difficult to single out any particular dish, as they are all outstanding: the appetisers, the olive-oil bread, the duck sequence, the onion cream, the seaweed curry, the rice paella… the list goes on!
The hotel and restaurant are located in Poblenou del Delta, a tiny, charming village with just one shop. The hotel itself is also small, but peaceful and welcoming, making it an excellent base from which to explore and enjoy everything the Ebro Delta has to offer.
Highly recommended for relaxing, recharging your batteries, and enjoying some truly memorable food!

Very good indeed

Very pleasant hotel in a great position in the Ebro Delta. We found the room comfortable and the pool a Godsend for those days when the heat and humidity became overwhelming. The food in the bistro/restaurant, all sourced locally and based on traditional recipes, was exceptional. And we saw a total eclipse from the car park!

A fantastic and very well located hotel

Very nice, modern hotel with all amenities. The room is very large, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is spectacular, served at the table and made at the moment, with quality products.

Stage in the Ebro Delta

Very welcome, comfortable room with views of the rice fields, very quiet excellent breakfast served, very nice pool, sheltered from the wind.the surroundings are to be discovered ,very wild ,many birds,including pink flamingos...,far from the tumult of the big cities ,very good exchanges with the chef (also owner of the place ), hotel to be discovered,the table is very rated , beautiful cellar at reasonable prices.

Highly recommended and with exceptional restaurant

Charming hotel, with professional and friendly staff, perfectly run by the Capilla Del Pino family. And with an excellent restaurant in which Joan Capilla establishes herself, year after year, as one of the best chefs in the area (at least).
