Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: - Bed linen: 15 EUR per person, per stay - Towels: 15 EUR per person, per stay Please note that for long-term reservations (28 days or more) there are special prices, so additional charges apply, such as Wi-Fi, water, gas, and electricity, based on consumption. Please note that charges apply for reservations of less than 28 days: 150 kWh are included, and any excess is charged at €0.40/kWh.
