Ermua is a thriving community where we felt really safe when out at night.
The hotel is central with lovely rooms and fabulous staff. The hotel bar is welcoming and popular with local people. The bar serves a selection of tapas which are great. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

The Staff was very helpful and nice. They made my stay enjoyable. I felt it was a little expensive for the quality and location of the hotel. (It was high season, and difficult to find reasonably priced accommodation anywhere)

Our ground floor room was cold and damp as if it hadn’t been used in weeks. The noise from the street made it impossible to get to sleep. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Calling this a Hotel is stretching the point, in our opinion it was more like a hostel. On street parking was pretty much impossible and whilst the hotel parking was reasonably priced but the access wasn’t easy as the damage and paint on the walls was a testament to this.

MISLEADING PRICE. They ask for more than you booked for booking.

The hotel itself was not bad, room and bathroom simple and clean. The problem is this: through booking we reserve parking, room and pet for a price. Booking gave us the option to pay at the property the reservation and we accept (the price when booking is supposed to always be closed). When we arrive at the hotel we are told that booking is wrong and sent to pay 15€ extra for parking and 15€ instead of 8€ (as we booked in booking) for the dog. The increment of the dog impossible that it was for the size because when going to pay they did not see the dog, besides it is dog is very small in size. At the front desk we were given no choice, or that or nothing.
