Wonderful experience in Ezcaray

Wonderful hotel. Bright, spacious, modern, and soundproof rooms (despite the noise outside). The touch of the Ezcaray blanket is beautiful. Very comfortable beds. Free minibar and a complimentary bottle of wine.
We had dinner at the traditional restaurant, very good. Very, very good breakfast, not to be missed.
The whole team is lovely; they advise you very well on what to do in the surrounding area.
A place to return to. Thank you very much!

The treatment so professional and familiar.

An unforgettable experience. Very family friendly, .exquisite, great friendliness and professionals . The tasting menu, something, never to forget. Each dish, accompanied by a different wine, served and explained by a great sommelier and waitresses, very professional. The room, a pocholada, totally soundproof, well air-conditioned, located on 2nd floor, in front of the Church, with a terrace and equipped to x . Breakfast, dreamy. Lovely dining room and in great detail, we were served by the same waitresses, with such a familiar treatment, that we found ourselves at home. Sadness, when we said goodbye, because they came out, all who attended us, say goodbye. A great congratulations, for the Paniego family, especially for Marisa, for the love she gave us.

Nice place, an above average Relais Chateaux.

Nice place with every detail nicely designed and carefully though for efficiency and comfort. We had a corner room on the second floor facing the church which was fantastic to watch the Easter events. Access is somewhat difficult because there is neither reserved front door entrance nor porter to assist. Parking is a few blocs away, clean and spacious. Breakfast served in terrace is super good. Overall an above average Relais Chateaux.

I can only say that both the restaurant and the hotel are spectacular. It eats luxury, all very good and the hotel to the minimum detail. Recommended 100%

Food is their forte but the rooms are nice too !

We arrived at the hotel at 730 pm after a long drive from Bilbao. We were warmly greeted and brought to our room on the second floor which had a view of the church opposite a fairly busy road. The room had everything we needed except for a box of tissues which was annoying and also very strange as other toilet amenities were provided. Breakfast was served in a lovely glassed room. Enough choices and good service. The hotel is reputed for its food but we had a really long lunch prior to arrival and had a light dinner served in the foyer of the hotel. Food can be ordered from different kitchens and we had a nice fish soup and pigs trotters for supper. Do remember to make a reservation if you want to eat in the Michelin starred main restaurant as it’s required. An enjoyable one nights stay as we explored the rioja region.
