FINDE IN FORCALL

In the Restaurant a wide menu from which you can choose what you want. Very good food.
Spacious and clean rooms.

Disappointing

I invited my partner to discover the area by staying at 3 different hotels. This was certainly the one that left me with the worst taste in my mouth. The building is spectacular, owned by the Provincial Council of Castellón. A brilliant idea to encourage indoor tourism and preserve these historic buildings.
It is a very nice building but managed in an unprofessional way. Workers wear street clothes and you don’t know if you’re addressing a worker or a guest.
Breakfast is not worthy of a 3-star accommodation, scarce and very little variety. We came from the Palace of Matutano Dauden in La Iglesuela del Cid with a good breakfast and I was disappointed.
I wanted to live an experience with my partner and over breakfast I felt embarrassed. The waiter pinched the bread from the tray and then picked up a piece of cold meat with his hands, until the slice was finally over. I couldn't believe it. Because in the meantime the slice was still on the tray available to guests.
My partner is vegetarian and doesn't eat anything that's contaminated by meat. If you put cold cuts and cheese at breakfast, apart from being refrigerated, it is good to put a cutlery to serve each of the things and not use the same for everything. Or the potato tortilla with the roast sausages.

A poor menu for such an expensive menu.

The beautiful Hotel, a shame that the food does not correspond in a place with such charm. The waiters try, although they look unprofessional they are quite nice

The treatment of the reception service. NOT be able to contact them. Indifference

The hotel is beautiful. LOUSY Service or worse. Contact them an odyssey, no email, no phone. The reception with no experience whatsoever. I treat the client without sympathy or will. Looks like they're doing you a favor. They don't remember or meet the previous demands you've made. They make you wait to prepare them the moment you arrive because they have had no foresight. You forget a garment in the closet and "disappear," watch out. Very bad experience.

Very nice hotel, beautiful design, comfortable bed.

Hotel is very beautiful and staff very friendly, glad they speak English. Room was nice and clean. I put 4 star just because cover on the bed and cushion a bit worn out. And light in the room a bit dark.
Otherwise everything was good. Breakfast and service was absolutely amazing.
