Very nice stay
We stayed here for 5 nights and first of the location of the hotel is first class,right in the middle of everything.This is a 2star hotel so we weren’t expecting a lot but the hotel was spotless, air condition work a treat and the bed was comfy as well.All the staff we met were lovely and we had no issues whatsoever.A great we stay and we would come back.

Dreadful Hotel. Do not visit here.
Tje hotel is currntly a building siye on the ground floor. Pneumatic drills, hammering dust. Can be heard clearly in bedrooms. It lasts all day ! No appology at chick in. Insist2d on charging my card even if I left !
Then I got to my so called luxury room. - dreadful smell. Smelt like cats pee , BUT I think it was possbly damp ? I asked them to make room smell fresh but This was only superficial and i slept with dreadful smell returning. DO NOT STAY HERE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The room was clean - ish . The curtains were stained but maid came regular (missed one day don’t know why). Reception staff lovely and friendly. Room was dated and no fridge which is annoying in the heat for drinks etc…. The hotel it self was NOISY. Couldn’t get to sleep most night because you could hear the lift shaking as it went up and down, the rooms also weren’t well sound prod. One night we could hear another couple quite clearly and loudly having *** which was not pleasant to say the least, but not the staffs fault, it’s in a great location but we wouldn’t stay again for these reasons. Wouldn’t say it’s family friendly and felt abit like a hostel .

The room was a good base if only needing to sleep and shower. No luxuries but good for price. Location good.
You can hear outside noise through night and any water usage or toilet flushes above or around you.
The hotel is exactly as described. Basic but cheap.

Good location, but the photos do not reflect the current state of the hotel.
The hotel's location is very good and the staff that serves is friendly and attentive. Furthermore, considering that it is a budget hotel, in general it can be an acceptable option for a short stay.
However, I consider it important to mention that the photographs that appear on Booking and on other websites do not really correspond to the current state of the hotel. It is noticeable that quite a few years have passed and that the establishment needs maintenance, painting, and various adjustments. The reality is quite a bit older and more deteriorated than what the published photographs show.
During my stay, furthermore, the television in the room did not work. I requested a solution, but they did not change my room or the television, arguing that I was only going to stay for a few days. Personally, I consider that the duration of my stay should not be a reason to leave a service that is part of what I am paying for without a solution. If the television is included in the room, I expected it to work correctly.
The parking situation also caught my attention: there is a space designated for it that, as I was able to verify, was not available to customers, remaining practically unused. It would be positive if that space could be better utilized to offer an additional service to guests.
In summary, the best things about the hotel are its location, the staff's service, and the price, but I think they should update the photographs on booking platforms so that they faithfully reflect the current state of the establishment. It would also be advisable to invest in maintenance and resolve the problems with the services offered to guests.
My experience was not entirely negative, but I do think there is a significant difference between what one expects when seeing the photographs and what one actually finds upon arrival.
