We were disappointed by the treatment.
We went as a family with 4 children, and honestly, we were disappointed.
At Reception, the service was very pleasant upon arrival.
At 8:00 PM, we were having drinks on the hotel terrace, and there were 3 incidents that we found unpleasant and uncharacteristic of an establishment that relies on tourism:
- We were told that the children could not play there, and that if they wanted to play, they should go to the parking lot where cars were coming in and out.
- Subsequently, we were told rather unkindly to lower our voices as there were many English guests sleeping.
- And finally, when we were sitting on the terrace, one of the staff members started watering the plants with a hose, and when she finished, she began to water the floor of the terrace, flooding both the area where we were sitting and the access stairs that people use, and at one point, we even experienced a splash.
We felt that we were being kicked out of the facilities when all we were doing was enjoying a pleasant afternoon with the wonderful views and spending money on their premises.
The children really liked the rooms because they have stairs leading to a loft with beds, and a window with nice views.
Very weak breakfast. There is nothing hot and what there is
is of very poor quality. There was no replenishment. Not in line with the price.
We felt that we were not well received for having children and for adhering to Spanish schedules, when I remember that we are in Spain.

Good hotel
Beautiful place and the end of the line, because there is no crowd overnight. The cafeteria closes at 22:00 as well as the restaurant because you should not be late.
An absolute quiet for those who want to be really quiet , and if the night is clean then the stars are a good company .
The funicular is 50 meters away.

Charming hotel in a privileged enclave
This is the third time we have stayed there in recent years. A beautiful place, clean, cared for in detail, cozy, quiet and charming, where they have also just updated several rooms with “very good taste.” The bathroom turned out great, and we loved the terrace, spectacular views!

We have been having a snack on the terrace of this Resturant hotel and its location at the foot of the Picos de Europa is magnificent, impress yourself, it is right next to the parador and cable car
Very clean facilities and good attention and full of small details inside.
I hope one day to be able to eat there and try their food that will be equally cared for.
