Everything perfect

All great. From the first moment, the deal went super well. In this case, we were attended by Ari (a charmer). As for the service and room all great. We hope to be back soon.

Ridiculous placement of bed

The double room is a side to the wall. They didn’t think it would be hard if you wanted to get up that night. Plus, the bed was deformed and had to try not to fall on the outside. In a quiet place. You’ll have breakfast sitting where the employees will show you.

Staff was great. A little off the beaten path. Didn’t realize it was that far distance out of Madrid. No food or restaurants nearby. A mile to train station also. Rooms were clean.

In general the service is very good and the receptionist that did the checking in was very helpful. The only hiccup was at night. I did not know there was a curfew at the hotel and the gates were closed for the night and the night receptionist turned out to be passive aggressive and I did not appreciate his attitude not one little bit. But other than that, everything was perfect. I would choose to stay at the hotel again if I needed to, especially now that I know all the peculiarities. :)

The good; breakfast. Very nice.
The bad; Sound isolation is non-existent - especially the door out to the hallway. Also; Poor English even in reception (Except for one guy).
The ugly; Cleaning personell stole money. I had 30 euros in a see through mesh pocket with zipper inside my travelling bag. The bag was on my room the entire stay. I don't know which day it was stolen, but I realised it the evening my last day when packing. I reported it as I was 100% sure I hadn't used/misplaced them. This was a Friday, so management was not back until Monday I was told. But monday came and the whole week gone - they did not contact me at all. Only 30 euros, but still. Not professional.
