Comfort and friendliness

The hotel is very well located, near a parking lot, surrounded by places to walk and eat. The view is beautiful, the port and the sea in all their beauty. The receptionist was kind, attentive, generous, she gave us a complimentary room upgrade at no charge! We are comfortable and happy to enjoy the city of Gijon.

Disappointing.

When you see it in person, you already regret the choice. It looks abandoned. Sign with the name from 1999, all rusted... It gives off a negative vibe. A 3-star? It's too much! The rooms were acceptable, the pillows were like cement, I put a blanket in a pillowcase and that's how I managed. The bathroom is old, you take a shower and get the whole thing wet. The room door doesn't stay firm when closed, I had to put pieces of paper to prevent it from banging when someone opened or closed a door from another room. Extremely noisy during midday and nap times, carts, voices. The front desk staff was totally absent, except for Sandra who at least would make a comment to you. Today I went to return the cards and no one came out (the receptionist was preparing the breakfast room and saw me clearly). I dropped the cards in the box and goodbye Alda Pasaje. GOODBYE FOREVER. Anything good??, the location. Things to keep in mind: It has no air conditioning, nor a fridge. I should add that the front desk is not 24 hours. If you can stretch your budget a bit, avoid this hotel, or look for other options since there are plenty of offers. I made a terrible choice. That's how trips go!. I will not return

Hotel in front of the right promenade

Now it belongs to the Ada chain.
In prime location.
The rooms are clean, although somewhat dated (faucets, bathroom curtains, floor...) but it seems that furniture has been replaced recently.
The staff is very friendly and offers good indications (the hotel's restaurant bar was in the works and they offered very suitable alternatives)

Well priced.
Parking nearby pricey but hard Ticino spot on street in season
