VERY GOOD SERVICE

I stayed at the Arbeyal hotel during the first week of May and said that it stands out for its cleanliness, homemade food and, especially, for the service offered by the staff who assisted us.
It is not far from the beach or the center. It is well connected and located in an area where there is no shortage of services.
The only suggestion is that you should put artichokes in the showers, because it does not have them and is annoying. It is also highly recommended to stay at this hotel.

Not downtown but well connected by public bus.

Estimado/a cliente, agradecemos la positiva valoración que hace del servicio de nuestro personal y también de los servicios de los que ha disfrutado durante su estancia.
Nuestra cocina es totalmente casera, elaborada día a día y nos honra que lo sepa apreciar.
Por el contrario, sabemos que nuestra ubicación no es la más idónea respecto a otras ofertas, pero como dice, contamos con una excelente red de buses urbanos alrededor del establecimiento.

Lousy hotel experience

Unfortunately the rooms in the lofts, with very hot and not all with air conditioning that we had to have put all the time we were in the room, unfortunate that with maximum temperatures of 25 degrees the rooms are like this.
Mention apart the bathroom with a bathtub that you can kill yourself when entering or exiting, with fixed shower if you do not want to wet your hair because do not shower as simple.
Unwillingness of the hotel director to improve the experience a little by putting a mobile shower until they solve the problem.
Said very bad experience.

A very unpleasant experience

Misleading advertising as they indicate that it has a location near the center of Gijón, the hotel is in an industrial estate. The views from my room is an abandoned factory, without air conditioning, there is only on the fourth floor; the bathroom with bathtub and with the artichoke glued to the wall, which means doing maneuvers to be able to shower; two sachets of gel and a bar of soap, drier than mojama and that was not replaced in the six days I was staying; but the worst of all the lunches and dinners, very bad, could not be eaten, and if you ask for the alternative, but still. Breakfast, little variety, cold meat of the cheapest you can buy in the super, coffee could not drink, aguachirri ; fruit at breakfast? Apple, which was also rotten inside, does not offer you tomatoes for toast and industrial pastries, juices... of powder for sure. The only good thing the cameos, super friendly and very attentive. Anyway, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Estimado/a cliente, lamentamos su desafortunada experiencia con nosotros, especialmente con nuestra comida casera y el buffet de desayunos que preparan nuestros amables y atentos camareros cada día.
En cuanto a la ubicación, estamos en uno de los barrios más antiguos de Gijón, a 300 metros de la Playa del Arbeyal, una zona privilegiada que cuenta con una excelente red de buses urbanos para desplazarse por toda la ciudad.

Disaster accommodation

No air, bad food, scarce and inedible breakfasts.The room fridge does not go, the bath gel ..,.search with magnifying glass like food...Disastrous.
