A delightful hotel, highly recommended.

I decided at the last minute to travel to Gijón since I hadn't been to this beautiful Asturian coastal city, so I chose the Hotel Bahia for both its location and good value for money, and I must admit I made the right choice.
Magnificent facilities, a very modern and comfortable room, and a very attentive and professional staff made my stay a pleasant one.
When I return to Gijón, which I will, I am absolutely certain that I will stay at the Hotel Bahía.

Disappointed

I had an excellent opinion so far. I book single room and have three beds. I put the car in the parking lot and they tell me later that it is complete, I had to find my own life. The reception woman, far from helping, treats me like she's doing me a favor. I give him the ID and since my address does not correspond to the current one, he tells me that everything has to change. Woman, it's your job, they don't fall nails for including someone's address. When I tell him to charge me for parking, he tells me it's complete, that I have to get the car out. Nothing, bad empathy, that woman shouldn't be there. I was delighted the first time I came. I'm not coming back and I'm coming. I'll find another place. I'm very disappointed to pay at this place, they haven't made me feel good. I'm not coming back.

Staff were very helpful, but hotel over looked a court yard, which would sometimes get a little noisy.

We repeated again on this second trip after a few years, we had good experience. A comfortable, clean, garage and centrally located hotel, the beach area a walk away, with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centre and shops in the surrounding area, would certainly repeat again.

Underrated

like the city is this city hotel.
Check-in inefficient, but room very quiet as desired, although the hotel is very conveniently located. Ideal walking distance to the center, not without cafes and bars already right next door.
Why not leave knickknacks in favor of practicality (rain showers, but normal shower head only fixedly hangable or to hold in your hand), and when is enough hanging possibilities finally thought of in hotel rooms, hallways and bathrooms?
