Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but only two towels in the room. Breakfast was very good, good selection of food and drinks. 20 minute walk into the city centre, not bad if you like to walk.

Hazardous location

A very dangerous area in terms of vehicle theft. It is secluded and is a tourist passage area. We arrived at 11 p.m. and by 8 a.m., two bicycles had been stolen from our van. We left the van outside the hotel parking lot, although very close. The hotel car park is not responsible for thefts or in its parking lot (it has a sign that says it) although it has surveillance cameras

The Simplicity

I will do a review as simple as the hotel. Room a little empty but simple. Friendly and friendly staff. The only thing is that the TV does not have Italian settings and there are hangers instead of a wardrobe. Overall all right

The hotel was adequate for the price. There is a bus stop nearby, the L2 bus is quite regular or roughly a 20 minute walk.
Room was cleaned daily. Very good shower, 2 thin bath towels, no hand towels. Bed was comfortable, no press or shelves for clothes so had to leave them on the floor.

3 day Girona City break

Myself and my partner weren't expecting much and were a bit dubious about our upcoming 3 night stay. Going by previous traveller reviews. As soon as we arrived at 10am ( bearing in mind check-in was from 2pm) We were told our room was ready plus we booked a late checkout untill 6pm on our day of departure which was only another €15.
Excellent value for money. The whole hotel is absolutely spotless. Including the toilet facilities. Our double room was just the same . Plenty of space . Fabulous bathroom with a big shower. Once again spotless and smelling lovely. Brand new towels and shower mat . Plus plenty of handsoap and shower gel.
Our room was cleaned everyday and bedding and towels changed too. Buffet breakfast was spot on with plenty of choice and beautiful and fresh tasting. Nice bar . Plenty of seating facilities inside and out plus the grounds were well maintained and spotless too.
Staff pleasant and helpful. Plenty of information available in reception area for getting around Girona in general.
All in all a very pleasant stay . Considering it is classed as a 2 star I'd say more a 3 . I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break or a one night stay. And only a 20 walk into old town Girona a beautiful city and definitely worth a visit.
