recommendable

It is a small and very cozy house.
It has 2 air conditioners, which is appreciated although we only installed one.
A small refrigerator with an individual freezer.
A little terrace that gave us a lot of play at night.
Breakfast came, very good coffee, juice and toast.
Recommendable.

Sólo hemos pasado un dia y una noche, para visitar los puntos más importantes de Granada. Está a un paseo corto del mirador San Nicolás.
Lo peor...lo lejos que está del aparcamiento gratuito. Las inmensas cuestas de piedra, todas muy empinadas. Recomiendo solicitar parking. Granada es un infierno en coche.
Lo peor del apartamento, el lío que nos hicimos con el cheking por culpa de mensajes cruzados entre wasaps y ebooking. No supimos que había que buscar al dueño, porque la llave la dejaron en un cajetin junto a la puerta de la habitación y nos despreocupamos de todo tras el cansancio de subir con macuto (del aparcamiento al hotel fueron 2km de cuestas todas muy empinadas).
La estancia cuenta con todo lo necesario, incluso plancha con tabla.
La limpieza aceptable. Cama muy confortable.

Simple & typique

Les logements sont situés dans une petite cour, joliment décoré, dans une ambiance typique du quartier. L'appartement en lui même est simple mais efficace, attention tout de même à la literie un peu dure et la salle de bain trop petite/ancienne. Aucun problème pour la location, c'est très rapide. Le quartier, très populaire (rien à voir avec l'hyper-centre un peu chicos), est un peu bruyant la nuit mais après 23h/minuit ça se calme. Le petit déjeuner se prend au bar Aixa en face ; jus de fruit pressé, toast de ce que vous voulez, café/thé. Ils sont très arrangeants. Ambiance "famille".
Bilan positif si vous voulez un logement pour un très bon prix dans un quartier typique et populaire de Grenade. Merci Jésus pour cette location.

Ottima esperienza

Ho alloggiato presso questa struttura per un weekend a Granada con mia moglie. Ambiente molto pulito, posizione ottima per visitare il quartiere di Albaycin. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima accoglienza Lo consiglio!!
