A breath of fresh air after a busy day of Granada and Alhambra!
A very good and neat hotel with lovely beds and towels. The staff behind the reception is extremely correct. Speak good English and are respectful. After an overnight stay I was allowed to leave my luggage behind so I could still explore the city relaxed and without luggage. When I returned I was allowed to shower and charge my mobile. All with a smile and a welcome. The hotel is also close to the Alhambra. After returning from that, I didn't have far to recover. Next to it you have 2 very cool local restaurants and around the corner a delicious breakfast place with perfect coffee: I need coffee.

Heerlijke bedden en handdoeken, uiterst correct personeel dat goed Engels spreekt en respectvol is, bagage laten staan zodat je de stad nog kon verkennen, douchen bij terugkeer, mobiel opladen, alles met een glimlach en een welkom. Je hebt in een paar zinnen beschreven wat hospitality op zijn allerbest betekent, en dat raakt ons echt.
Dat je ook de lokale restaurantjes en het heerlijke ontbijttentje om de hoek noemt, dat soort aanbevelingen zijn goud waard voor andere reizigers.
En die laatste zin, "I need coffee", die begrijpen we volledig. De Alhambra vraagt veel energie, en een goede koffie daarna is geen luxe, het is een noodzaak.
Dank je wel, Anita, voor dit zo warme en gedetailleerde verhaal. Granada verwelkomt je graag opnieuw.

Very good personal service and centrally located.
The girls at the front desk are very nice, and they have assisted and advised us very well. The hotel is very beautiful, centrally located, and has a unique design and layout.

Pet friendly atmosphere
I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel, which provided a great balance of quality and affordability. Its prime location, spacious rooms, and pet-friendly atmosphere made for a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, with Maya and her colleague standing out for their exceptional service. Helen's assistance was also much appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Granada.

Excellent location, but everything else needs improvement.
The best note is given by the excellent location. Truly a central hotel for all directions, towards Sacromonte, for the Cathedral, a few meters from the bus stop for the Alhambra. Regarding the location, nothing to say, it is excellent. Then, unfortunately, the sore points. Our room had no closet, just a rod for hangers in the wall, but if you wanted to pass on the left side of the bed, you cannot hang clothes or open the window, which, in any case, overlooks a wall with another window and other guests... the bathroom, then, has an aerator that makes a very noisy sound, so whoever goes to the bathroom automatically wakes the other person up. So a small room, without air and uncomfortable. The breakfast is meager and the staff is missing, so, if you go down later, but still during breakfast hours, many things are missing. Lobby staff very kind.
