Hotel 5 stars!!

Hotel 5 stars or more, all perfect!!! Location, attendees mainly Maria! It speaks several languages and is about making the guest understand and explaining all major questions that every tourist presents.
Break spends very good with excellent staff!

The location is great. Getting to the parking structure is difficult due to one way streets. Hotel staff was great but said the hotel was booked and they could not switch us to a better room even tho we had several issues with our room. The bed took up most of the space in the room so there was little area to move around. Tub was clogged and did not drain. Shower leaked onto floor in WC. The body soap and shampoo bottles were nearly empty and ran out during our 7 night stay and when we asked for refills they were also almost empty and ran out. One of the toilet flushes did not work. Some overhead lights did not work. Thermostat did not work. The carpet had several stains and did not look clean. There is a lot of street noise and we were woken up several times by people yelling in the street. And on the day we reserved the “spa” no one was there, most of the lights were off so it was difficult to see, there was something we could not identify on the bottom of the pool (because it was so dark) and there was a roach in the steam room. This was one of our worst hotel experiences.

Correct

Helpful staff although the French language is absent despite 5 hosts.
Hotel 4 stars all the same.
Quite aging outdoor hotel
Breakfast very decent except the reception of dirty dishes sorted behind a low wall in the great room.
Relentless and noisy ballet of sorting before washing in the kitchen.
What a shame this design!!
Lack of finish under sink sdb.
No welcome set cotton upper / disc to remove makeup..
Finally far enough from the city center, shuttle bus when it is not overloading and waiting for the following

Clean, central, young staff. No own parking

It is central and clean. It has no own parking and there are no nearby areas to park, so you have to park in a public parking. As a guest of the hotel, the parking is available at 29€ per day

Grand in Granada

Fabulous stay. Staff were lovely - couldn't do more for us. Terrace bar with views a real bonus. Meal in the restaurant was so good we went back another night. Minor maintenance issues in the bathroom, otherwise five star all the way.
