Charming hotel

We stayed at the Hotel. We loved the room and the common areas. In the cafeteria you can have coffee and consume some things for free; furthermore, there are wonderful views, but the most pleasant thing was meeting Belén, who recommends places to visit and places to eat well and have tapas. The service is excellent!!! I would return without hesitation

An unforgettable stay

I stayed at the hostel with my partner. It is the second time we have come and we have been pleasantly surprised by the change in the decor.
We also loved the treatment from the staff, especially from Belén in the hotel cafeteria.
She gives you many suggestions of all kinds and you feel very well taken care of as a guest. We will recommend it

Highly recommended!

The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and the location is excellent. Everyone is very kind, but Belén is a plus. She takes care of guiding you according to your preferences so that you can have the trip you wanted, almost like having a friend in Granada. Thanks!

Poor Service After Parking Issue

We cannot recommend this hotel. We followed the hotel's parking instructions, paid through the hotel, yet had to pay an extra €22 to retrieve our car because the documentation provided was insufficient. Despite several polite emails, the hotel declined any wrongdoing. Very disappointing customer service.

I really liked the hotel, especially the professionalism of an employee named Belén.

The best part of the hotel was meeting an employee named Belén; she advises you on whatever you want to do (tapas bars, musical shows, monuments, the best streets, viewpoints, etc.), tells you which area of the city to catch the bus depending on where you want to go, and the bus number. She is a wonderful person, dedicated to the clients, and always with a smile. Dealing with employees like Belén is a pleasure.
