Excellent hostel and great service
The room we were given was large and comfortable even though cleanness could have been a bit better.
The host was very kind and helpful.
Highly recommended.

Fantastic accommodation in Granon.
We stayed as a couple doing the Camino de Santiago by bicycle (Bike). We were happy that they had a secure place to store the bikes during our stay. We were kindly welcomed into the home after asking in the little grocery store next door (run by the same family).
THE ROOM:
We had a choice of rooms as we arrived just as everyone had checked out. We chose the "Green" room in the back as it was away from the sun and had a fantastic screened window with a view. (Mosquito screens are RARE) we were able to sleep with the window open and not worry about flies or mosquitoes. Great modern bathroom with good shower.
KITCHEN:
There is a fully equipped kitchen on the main floor where we were able to prepare simple meals from the groceries purchased next door. Accompanied by some cold beer, we were able to enjoy our little meal in the dining room on the main floor.
CONCLUSION:
We recommend staying at Cerro de Mirabel. It is modern, very clean and fairly priced. We would definitely stay again!!!

very nice small hotel
There were laundry facilities. There was a kitchen for common use. And in the morning there was a large breakfast. Can highly recommend.

Hidden Gem on the Camino
We fortunately booked ahead in our broken Spanish as it proved to be popular, even in the shoulder season. We found reception at the tienda/shop two doors up. Nothing was too much trouble for this family run business and we were soon settled into our accommodation.
We had the Orange Room (Habitación Naranja) on the first floor. It was spacious, very clean and beautifully presented with a large double bed. There was also a heater, desk and comfy chair as well as a dresser and wardrobe. The bathroom had a huge shower and continues the bright orange theme.
The Casa has a large living area with a fireplace, TV and plenty of comfortable seating. There is also a fully appointed kitchen with microwave for use by guests. A washing machine is also located in the kitchen, a welcome addition for pilgrims. Outside is a compact patio with seating and a clothes line.
When we asked for advice as to where to go of our evening meal, our hostess organised to cook for us at the local Bar around the corner. It was a very good home cooked meal with a bottle of the local wine.
Breakfast was in the dining area and was typical pilgrim fare - orange juice, tostada, cafe con leche. Tariff total was €50 with dinner extra.
