Unforgetable experience

Our experience was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect and everything was very clean. We stayed for 10 days. The only thing is that we were not able to say goodbye to Pedro, but we are very grateful for everything and we will return in a while.

cancelling a reservation a week before

I made a reservation for one night at this place. A week before the date, I called to canceled. They told me that they would only give me 1/2 of the money back. I have looked at their website and there is no cancelationd police. When I called the second time, I tried to tell the man on the phone about not having a cancelation policy and I asked for my money back. The man hung up the phone on me. Based on this experience, I would not recomend this place. It was totally unacceptable and he was very rude

El estudio muy bien ubicado y todo el mobiliario está bastante nuevo.
El responsable envía un montón de información por whatsapp.
No me gustó que estaba bastante frío cuando llegué y que tuve que esperar a que se calentara el agua agua caliente dado que estaba desenchufado.
No tiene parking a pesar de que se ofrecía.

Ambiente frío poco acogedor

Nuestra experiencia no ha sido grata. Estuvimos alojados el sábado día 6 de noviembre y a pesar de haber pagado 80 euros por una noche por el apartamento para 2 personas, la temperatura que encontramos al llegar no era ni mucho menos confortable, hacía frío y la verdad, en cualquiera de los hoteles por los que hemos pasado y pagado 80 euros por pasar una noche la temperatura de la estancia al llegar nunca ha sido un problema. Entiendo que cuando reservas con antelación, como ha sido nuestro caso, deberían tener la habitación a una temperatura mínima de al menos 21 grados. Qué menos¡¡

Muy poca seriedad a la hora de contestar a las peticiones de información y reserva a través de su formulario de la web. Si no le interesa tu petición de reserva, o ampliación de información ni se molesta.
