DISAPPOINTMENT

After a stay at the hotel I wonder what the criteria is for the 4 stars it is supposed to have.
Small room with lack of storage, regarding the bathroom, old and lack of replenishment in hygiene products.
The restaurant is a soup kitchen that seems not to have been renovated since the 1970s. Poor quality and expensive breakfast. Drinks served without knowing you're having. Unattended parking with access for anyone outside.
Pool without shade, water does not reach beyond the waist and very uncomfortable hammocks.

Lovely employees the lovely place very quiet and cleaning 10 will come back safe I hope not to find the English tourists who bothered the guitar (this I put so the employees know who I am)

Shame.

It is a real shame, that you promote yourself by Smart Box, and after trying to book more than 20 times, always say, that you are full, even if the reservation is 8 months in advance.

I would not recommend this hotel for food damage because the stay misses FIFI

a nice Pension with good bedding the welcome good and smiling or it spoils it is for meals the review of a retired cook the buffet really disappointing not present and and not good at all meals certain limit dish?
