A wonderful hotel in a beautiful situation

We came to stay for one night and stayed for five...the hotel has lovely gardens and a swimming pool with views of distant mountains; we often saw eagles flying close by.
The rooms are beautifully appointed, with unexpected, gorgeous details, and art that is a real delight.
We were able to truly relax and unwind in these lovely surroundings, and nothing was too much trouble for our warm and welcoming hosts, who looked after us very well.
Breakfast is lovely and we dined enjoyably with excellent, attentive service.
We hope to return in the future and highly recommend this lovely place.
Prices very good.

Run away as fast as you can...

It has been the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The cleanliness has left everything to be desired, dust everywhere, even mold, spider webs... the decoration may be quaint, with canopies and curtains but it must be clean. No hot water in the shower in the morning, breakfast even worse, a coffee, a bag croissant on the griddle. I don't know if in summer or high season it works differently, because it is clear that there are other opinions that do not correspond to our experience, but as of today, May 24, an absolute disappointment. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Nice to be out of the city

This place is just 7km from Segovia but it's in the heart of the countryside. A horse breeding ranch and beautiful old Hacienda hotel. The service is friendly and it's a pleasure to be in such a calm environment, whether near the pool or in the courtyard with it's fountain. Plenty of charm. The menu is a little limited, but very good and the service a little slow but the people are very friendly.

Para una escapada relax muy especial

Nos hemos escapado mi mujer y yo tan solo una noche, pero ha sido muy especial. El sitio es muy tranquilo, en medio del campo, se llega por camino de tierra. Solo se oye la naturaleza. Piscina fantástica y salones y patio para estar tranquilamente leyendo. La parte de restauración es algo corta de carta y un poco cara, quizá el desayuno lo mejor en ese sentido. A nosotros nos ha compensado desde luego por lo especial del sitio.

Falta de profesionalidad

Organicé para un grupo un fin de semana en el Caserío de Lobones, donde iban a estar todo el fin de semana, llegando el viernes por la mañana. Todo parecía correcto y en marcha hasta que, me llaman una mañana, cuando iba a pagar la reserva del hotel completo, y me dicen que el dueño ha decidido que no le compensa y que nos cancela todo. Al rato me llama el mismo dueño y me intenta subir los precios de todo, después de haberlo cerrado todo. Llevo 3 semanas sin noticias de ellos. En conclusión, me han dejado tirada con un grupo de 20 personas. MUY POCO PROFESIONAL
