Excellent, totally recommendable!!
Our stay has been so good that I have no doubt I will repeat it. A modern, cozy, and very clean place. I brought my little dog at no additional cost, and the attention both to him and to us was wonderful. It has been a pleasure Thank you, Antonio.

Staff helpful and welcoming I could not find better especially for those who at animals impeccable cleanliness the thing that left me amazed and was find the bowl for water and a pack of cookies for the dog from here you understand the love they have for animals anyway 10 and praise

The worst you can find
Because I can't take the star away if I didn't leave him with none.
Dismal customer service.
For starters they contact on WhatsApp and everything seems fine until they send you hearts, without knowing anything.
When we arrived at the hotel you could not see even the front door was all dark.
When I enter the room they automatically send me a message that they have seen me enter through the cameras. This message was on WhatsApp, not even time gave me to settle down. It was me and my little girl.
Something strange that a gentleman sends me hearts and when they send me WhatsApps when they arrive they do not introduce themselves or know who speaks to me. To tell me you're watching me go by.
The little girl scared because she was intimidated knowing they were watching us.
I as a client have paid for my room and there is no right to this situation. Not knowing what they intend.
After telling them that there is no right to disturb me at that time I get the call from a lady who claims to be the manager.
With bad forms saying they have to control their business.
Which I understand and I have the right to reserve my privacy and that of a minor.
Then she put on a gentleman who claims to be her husband, too, somewhat rude.
To my respect there were none.
We decided to leave as the minor did not want to stay because she was afraid of these gentlemen when listening to them.
Automatically instead of apologizing for the hours and for not even showing up what they do is unsubscribe the reservation.
We were left on the street with a woman and a girl the next day even though we were paid.
Be careful because it can happen to you.
I have travelled all over Spain and have never been through this situation.
Remind the manager at the front desk that there are limits not to be crossed.
Care for women going alone or with minors.
