Facilities, location, staff... everything wonderful.

All the staff were very friendly, but especially Vicente and Elia, the people at the front desk, wonderful people, they recommended many places for us to visit and also to have lunch and dinner, we are leaving very happy. We will repeat without a doubt.

The hotel was good located and really nice staff! The only problem is the noise. Like between 1-3am in the morning people don’t understand that the hotel has people sleeping (you can party anywhere else in Ibiza, the hotel is not the place) had to call many times to reception to get it sorted. And I’m so happy that the receptionist was able to help us. Apart from that, ALL GOOD!

The staff at galera are amazing. Every single person was unbelievable.
This is literary just a cheap and cheerful base. The location was perfect for us.
The hotel is very loud. The noise from the street and the rest of the hotel was alot. But if youre just there to party you will be ok.
The hotel was clean, maids came everyday in the afternoon which we liked as it didnt disturb us.
Aircon, safe and fridge provided for free.
We paid for late check out until 2pm for €25 which is an absolute bargain.

Time capsule 70s charm with great staff

Time capsule 70s hotel with many original features intact. Funky and interesting. Room had a renovated bathroom and a comfortable bed. Great aircon and water pressure. Staff were super friendly and helpful
