Travelled as a couple, staying in room 18 which was one of the larger options.
The hotel was more like a spa retreat than an Ibiza-type hotel. Really quiet and chill.
Staff were all amazing and helpful. Breakfast was sensational!
We would definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Ibiza.

Hotel Rural Xereca was an oasis just minutes from the bustling town and marina. The grounds were lush and beautifully manicured and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and had very good air conditioning. The pool and deck was a little small for the number of people there, but the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

A truly special find – can’t wait to return!
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Xereca. From the moment we arrived, it felt more like arriving at a beautiful private villa than a hotel. The bedrooms, especially the master suite, are exceptional, spacious, calm, and luxuriously understated. Every detail feels thoughtful, from the design and comfort to the sense of privacy and quiet.
The gardens and grounds are stunning, immaculately kept, full of colour, and so peaceful. It’s the kind of place where you slow down instantly. Breakfast was a highlight every morning: everything fresh, high quality, and beautifully presented. The food throughout our stay was excellent, and the drinks were surprisingly good value for Ibiza, which made evenings by the pool even more enjoyable.
The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes from Ibiza Town and the major clubs, yet it feels a world away once you’re back through the gates. The balance between accessibility and tranquillity is spot on.
We travel to Ibiza often, and this was one of our most enjoyable stays on the island. Hotel Xereca has that rare mix of style, warmth, and authenticity — we’ll definitely be back

Not 5 star
We recently stayed at Hotel Xereca and unfortunately our experience fell far below what we would expect from a 5-star hotel.
Our original room was located directly above the reception area and had virtually no effective soundproofing. We could clearly hear music, conversations, and general activity from reception throughout the day and evening.
We raised the issue with reception staff and requested a room change. We were told there were no alternative rooms available within the same category, and the only solution offered was to pay an additional €200 for an upgrade. Even then, we were informed we would need to return to the original noisy room for our final night. Given how disruptive the noise, especially after a large group arrived, we felt we had little choice but to accept the upgrade and pay additional.
One member of staff suggested we simply “turn the air conditioning on” to mask the noise, which felt dismissive and entirely inadequate considering the circumstances.
This was not a matter of personal preference; the room itself had a clear issue with noise insulation and should not have been sold as a premium 5-star experience without guests being made aware. We do not believe it is reasonable to expect guests to pay extra simply to escape excessive noise caused by poor soundproofing.
While the hotel itself is visually beautiful, this experience significantly impacted our stay and left us very disappointed with both the room quality and the customer service response.
