Worst hotel ever stayed in
Do not go to this hotel!! Not a 3 star hotel, I would say 1 star is being generous! Cockroaches and ants were everywhere! Our room was filthy and the walls were covered in all sorts of muck and grime! Stains all over the beds and the sofa bed, hairs and god knows what were all over everything! Just absolutely disgusting! The bathroom door did not close properly so no privacy when using the loo!! We did change rooms but the 2nd room was not much cleaner than the first and the shower also flooded the room! The restaurant, although small, dark depressing room describes it better, was awful! Plastic table and chairs that looked like they had seen much better days were the only option to sit and eat at and the food, my god the food was vile!
Only a few choices available and it just looked disgusting, managed to eat a couple of chips as was starving but they were cold and rubbery!l There is an adult only pool but lots of kids with bulging nappies in there and when we complained to reception was told it’s a family hotel so put up with it! I have been to Ibiza many times and stayed at many different hotels but this one is just the absolute worst! I am unable to muster up even one good thing to say about the place! It’s just so, so awful! Needs knocking down and starting again! Absolutely not a 3 star hotel!! Should be 1 star and even that would be generous!!!

We take seriously the concerns you have raised regarding the cleanliness of the rooms, the bathroom, the shower and the presence of insects. Regarding this last point, it is worth mentioning that Hotel Vibra Cala Tarida is located in an area surrounded by abundant vegetation and natural surroundings. Consequently, it is occasionally possible for an innocuous insect to enter a room, despite the preventive measures in place. We work with a specialised pest-control company in accordance with current legislation and carry out the corresponding treatments and controls to prevent and minimise this type of occurrence.
We are also sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our restaurant, both in terms of the facilities and the food. We continuously review our services and take our guests' feedback into consideration as part of our commitment to improvement.
That said, we must admit that we find the extremely negative tone of your review somewhat surprising. The overall feedback we receive from our guests is generally very positive, with many guests expressing their satisfaction with the hotel, our staff, our food and their overall experience. For this reason, we regret that your perception was so different from that of the vast majority of our guests.
Nevertheless, we respect your opinion and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Your comments have been shared with the relevant departments so that the aspects you mention can be reviewed carefully.

The best hotel ever
I was really confortable on my instance at this hotel, especially the animation team were really lovely and friendly with my kids. Blanca and Maria were the best. I hope to turn back some day!

Good location and nice facilities, but the cleanliness really needs to be improved.
We stayed 7 days at the Vibra Cala Tarida as a couple with a 5-year-old child. The property is in an excellent location, directly on the beautiful Cala Tarida, but it is not a true "beachfront"; to reach the beach you have to tackle a long staircase, whereas other hotels in the same bay have much more immediate access. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-furnished. We had a Twin Chill Out terrace room, but unfortunately the main problem was the cleanliness, which was definitely insufficient. In the morning, the child's sofa bed was often not even made. We also found several insects and, above all, the cleaning of the outdoor areas was not done well. In our garden, for example, a dirty tissue remained in the same spot from the first to the last day, and even when we left a plate (brought from breakfast) on the garden table, it was not removed.
The reception also left us puzzled. We had asked about the possibility of extending our stay by two days, but we received practically no assistance; we were told to make a new reservation through the website because "we cannot do it from here." We expected more support, especially since we were already guests of the hotel. The food is average, while the pools are very beautiful! The main pool, however, being surrounded by the main building of the hotel, turns out to be particularly hot during the sunniest hours.
An absolutely positive note for the Ecuadorian lifeguard, who was very skilled, empathetic with the children, and always attentive, and the girls from the entertainment team and the kids' club; they are all talented, engaging, professional, and discreet (Maria and Luana..). The bar waiters, in particular Manuel and Jorge, also deserve praise for their kindness and service.
The evening shows are beautiful and fun, in particular the magician's, who was truly talented. In summary, fantastic location, modern rooms, very beautiful pools, and a truly capable entertainment and bar staff. However, for the price and the level of the hotel, we expected much more, especially regarding cleanliness and customer attention.
The reception also left us puzzled.
