Power cut

First night staying here, extreme heat and they have had a power cut! Trying to get ready in the dark with wet hair and no lighting!
No air con, no cold drinks,
It’s going to be sorted apparently…..

Ryan throw my friend in the pool

Ryan throw my friend in the pool. Fiona was really kind. Both of them were our main characters.
Food was nice, pool was nice, hotel was nice.
Please more shadow places and a clean toilette. Service was not good at all, there was dirty dishes on the tables every time.

Naomi she is the best !!!! Amazing girl!! Very good service!

We had such a lovely experience at the bar! The girl who made our drinks was absolutely wonderful — always friendly, smiling, and so kind. The drinks were delicious, and she made our holiday experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great service and positive energy!
