Lovely just outside of town
Lovely hotel, room was spacious with the wardrobe area as you walked in, plenty big enough bedroom with fridge and bathroom. The pool area was big with plenty of beds, towel guy and bar. There was also a room to store luggage and a shower area for the last day which was useful. Location was around 20 mins walk to Ibiza town but there were plenty of supermarkets around and some bars if you didn't want to walk in.

The breakfast at this hotel does stand out and the location is also excellent. That said, I don’t believe the rooms are comparative to a 4 star hotel. Also, the air conditioning was not as you want it to be in 30 degree days - def something they should improve on. Otherwise, great stay

The jewel of Ibiza
This hotel is simply fantastic and largely down to the amazing team of people that work there. Every single staff member, whether it be bar staff, cleaners, reception, concierge ALL seem to have a permanent smile on their faces and love their jobs. I witnessed Anna, one of the managers , engaging with all her team, every day, this says a lot about how the hotel is run! They honestly cannot do enough for you. We even contacted the hotel direct as soon as we were home to share our thanks & received the loveliest response to this.
We would not have expected any less.
The hotel sits in a prime location on Figueretes beach. There is an amazing pool with the view of the ocean to die for .
The rooms are spotlessly clean & during our stay towels were replenished.
The rooms have this genius door that blocks off corridor noise, which in other hotels in Ibiza noise had been an issue, certainly no noise at Los molinos!
The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever eaten at, the freshly made juices and the healthy station was incredible! I needed a special diet and contacted the hotel prior, and nothing was too much trouble.
We were very sad to leave , but luckily will be returning again in a few weeks,
Bravo team THB , you get the crown for being the jewel of Ibiza x

Honestly, disappointed in this hotel. I know Ibiza hotels aren’t cheap, but I paid just over $375 USD a night for this place and I do not feel like I got my monies worth.
For starters, when I went to the pool to trade in my token for a towel, they said they were out of towels for the next 20 minutes. Ok, well, for a hotel that purports to be a 4-star property, that’s unacceptable. Also, I was only there to dip in the pool briefly before heading out to wander around the port. That 20 minute wait wasn’t acceptable for me.
I never did get to use the pool during my stay.
Given that this is Ibiza, it’s common for people to go out clubbing until sunrise. One morning, there was maintenance going on in a nearby room and I started hearing hammering that woke me up around 1000-1100. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Look, I understand you need to do maintenance work, but time it better than that. Waiting until at least 1300 to start maintenance work seems a bit more reasonable.
Finally, one day I was just leaving my hotel room at around 1530. I checked in with the front desk and admitted that I knew it was a bit late in the day, but I went out last night and could housekeeping - who was still working - come back for a few basics. The front desk said they were quite busy, but they would at least get me new towels. I said ok, some new towels would be great, and maybe make the bed if they have time. I didn’t get any of that. No new towels, nothing.
NOT a 4-star property. I wouldn’t stay here again.
