This hotel is perfect for location and all things Ibiza.
You can chill if you want or enjoy the du Hines with added entertainment around the pool.
The restaurants are superb and we was fortunate enough to experience the Eclipse Party, which was fantastic.

I has a lovely stay at TRS hotel Ibiza. went solo just for the eclipse. Would definitely go back again.

Expensive and Super Total Eclips view !

We booked 2 nights to see the Solar Eclips and it was rather expensive (no perks and not all-inclusive but paid more than other guests who also had sea view ánd all inclusive!) However the view was worth it!

Not 5 star

Hotel is nice , rooms are nice and food is good . The waiter/waitress service around the pool area, behind the bars in the lobby and the rooftop bar is terrible. Not a 5 star service at all. The cocktails are thrown together with no attention to detail and thrust at you in a plastic beaker! All the drinks we were served were in plastic beakers no matter which bar we went to inside or out. No real taste to them very poor service. The staff that patrolled the pool areas taking drinks orders do not bring your drinks ! We asked 3 different people on one day and the drinks never turned up. They prioritise the signature level guests over everything . Raised my complaint with reception and nothing improved during our stay. It’s a very expensive place to stay but the service is really really bad . Overall this ruined our stay

Really impressed with this hotel. Great experience from start to finish. Staff were lovely. Clean hotel. Lovely food. Will definitely be returning on my next visit to Ibiza!
