Good hotel/staff and great food

Good food, good room/bed, great food and friendly staff. Add in beautiful scenery and good location for transit and it’s a hotel well worth the money for an overnight or longer if you want to go hiking. Oh did I mention a welcoming bar and the food and the friendly staff :)

Some miseries

We just went to lunch. Quality price wrong. Regular meal made. Regular attention. A little miserable. I
The beer we drank at the meal tells us they don't make it onto the menu but they also charged us for the bottle of water we ordered because that person ordered a combo dish instead of a menu. You need to be miserable and take little care of the client

Dismal care

I made a reservation of two rooms through Booking with 50% penalty in case of not attending, during the trip to the hotel we had an accident with the car and could not go, we informed the hotel immediately to inform that it would only occupy one room because the other suffered an accident, we were charged the total of the reservation, they have been called several times and:
either they don’t know their own cancellation policy or they play crazy...(I’m more inclined to this option due to their stepism of replying to the emails sent) I had to contact Booking to which they also do not reply and open a formal dispute because they go almost two months and have no intention of solving it. I don't know the hotel itself but customer service and financial service is lousy.
