Great hotel for family. Amazing experience.

Nice hotel. Good conditions, good environment, nice swimming pool and beach. The views are amazing. The food is outstanding.

Good experience in the best hotel of Lepe

Very good environment and quality service, great breakfast and nice employees. The gym should be open for a longer period. The mattress where very hard, my wife had quite some pain trying to sleep. Missing some music for the adults entertainment.

Beautiful hotel – unfortunately with an unpleasant experience.

Actually, we liked the hotel very much. The property was well-maintained, close to the beach, the breakfast was perfectly fine, and the room was nice and quiet. We can cope with the fact that the air conditioning did not work very well and that communication in English was difficult.
However, during our stay, we suddenly had to notice the loss of a sleep mask. We reported this to the reception because we still assumed that it might have been accidentally removed during a change of bed linens. The mask could not be found anymore, but since it was not particularly expensive, we left it at that.
After our departure and the final check of our luggage at home, we had to realize that a high-quality, limited designer shirt was also missing.
The hotel's handling of the situation particularly disappointed me. No one responded to my email, and during the calls, no one was aware of my inquiry. I also never received any callbacks. From a grand hotel, I would have expected a significantly more professional and customer-oriented handling in such a situation.
Due to this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend the hotel at all.

Es freut uns zu lesen, dass Ihnen unsere Anlage, die Lage in Strandnähe sowie Ihr Zimmer gefallen haben. Gleichzeitig bedauern wir sehr, dass Ihr Aufenthalt durch den Verlust persönlicher Gegenstände und insbesondere durch den Eindruck mangelnder Kommunikation überschattet wurde.
Nach Ihren Meldungen wurden die entsprechenden Nachforschungen durch unser Housekeeping- und Rezeptionsteam durchgeführt. Leider konnten weder die Schlafbrille noch das von Ihnen erwähnte T-Shirt in den Zimmern oder in unserem Fundbüro aufgefunden werden.
Noch mehr bedauern wir, dass Sie sich mit Ihrer Anfrage nach der Abreise nicht ausreichend betreut gefühlt haben. Dies entspricht nicht dem Servicestandard, den wir unseren Gästen bieten möchten, und wir werden Ihren Hinweis intern prüfen, um unsere Kommunikationsabläufe weiter zu verbessern.

A luxurious experience in a beautiful location

This is a stunning hotel in a beautiful location. The hotel feels luxurious and the suites are spacious and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the staff were all extremely friendly.
The half board option is extremely good value for money although we found the food options limited as we are not fish eaters and the pizza was not to our taste. Overall, these are minor issues as the space in the room, the cleanliness, the location, the fabulous pool and spacious pool area more than compensated for any minor issues we had.
We will be back!!

Beautiful hotel located overlooking the beach.

This gorgeous hotel is to be highly recommended. Stayed there as part of an Irish Adult Group Tour and it is hard to find any fault. It caters for Spanish families with young children so be aware of this. Great selection of food both at buffet breakfast and dinner.
