Overnight stay

We arrived at 4am after crossing France the night receptionist gave us a better room than we had reserved with a fantastic view, the room was basic but clean with comfortable beds. Hotel has a rustic charm.

DON'T GET NEAR, DOESN'T WORTH THE SAVED 5 EUROS

Let's start with that there is no reception in the hotel, you need to go to Hotel Mur to check-in and then come back to the hotel.
The room is the smallest we ever been to, and we have been in some hotels in our lives.
And in general, you can find other places in Jaca that cost 5 Euros more and probably look a bit better for the least

Economic Option

This hotel doesnt have reception service in situ. The check-in was done in the Hotel Mur.
The hotel was safe, well located, very clean. The standard room fit perfectly for one night. The wifi was good.
The room is very well equipped (hair dryer, kettle, towels + coffee, tea, cookies, shampoo).
The breakfast (at the hotel mur) was good and with different options. Parking outside is free.
The hotel needs a remodulation (probably after the end of the crisis).

Cheap and well located

This hotel is located in Jaca city centre, good price but.... to pick your key and to have your breakfast (a correct buffet) you have to walk to hotel Mur, around 150m. Rooms are tight and the two beds make them even smaller.

Check-in location and no prior reminder message

Hotel Mur is a place to check-in for Hotel Las Nieves in Jaca. This was a first visit to Jaca, and there was no prior reminder and map of Jaca, that chack-in place is different. I had forced to go Hotel Las Nieves to Hotel Mur to Hotel Las Nieves to check-in. A frontdesk insisted that they have remindered to all customers in prior to arrivals, but in vain, not only me, also some French customers were also almost got in lost in front of Hotel Las Nieves for not being able to check-in!
Thus, I believe Hotel Las Nieves has not sent all customers about check-in location with precise city map when confirming reservations. For Spanish speaking customers would not be disturbed so much, but for foreign customers like me lost sometime to look for 2 hotels for the first time visit.
