Renato firstly deserves an Oscar for his acting in the Cinema game secondly it was lots of fun as was the music and cinema game.

Good value for money
With some recent bad experiences with a well known package tour operator we booked this holiday through loveholidays and at this hotel. We were not disappointed. Overall we had a lovely 10 night break here and enjoyed our holiday.
Our honest opinion is that this is good value for money. The food was good, plenty of choice, drinks aplenty, rooms clean, staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in block 6 which is very close to the lower pool. Entertainment during the day was ok, the usual stuff of water polo, table tennis, aqua gym etc. The evening entertainment also ok, seems to be outsourced but had a couple of good acts. Lots of sunbeds around the pools and if you love cats you will like it here. Probably 8 or so cats around the hotel looked after by a charity and sort of in little territories and in pairs. Unlike some hotels they are happy for you to make a fuss and put some water or snacks down. In fact I think the hotel are missing a trick here, they could use the photography company that is there to take some lovely photos of them, give them some nicknames and use a board or something to tell the guests more about them, I think the guests would like that.
Of course there are areas for improvement, such as, the pool temperature, a little chilly if I am honest, it could do with that being turned up a few degrees. They had guys repairing the floor tiles around the upper pool whilst we were there, great to see but i do think they should have started with the ones around the snack bar, they are not nice to walk on. The upper pool is I think older than the lower one, the filtration is not as up to date and there are lots and lots of missing tiles, floor and sides, but still ok to use, just doesn't look great. It is a 'beach front' hotel, with great views as on a hill, but if you want to walk to the beach, I would say its about a 15 minute walk, although the hotel do have a shuttle bus.
Personally I think they overcook their hash browns at breakfast a little bit but i am being a little picky now lol.
One thing I didn't agree with was that you got given 2 cartons of water in the room fridge on arrival, any more and you have to pay. I appreciate that the machines on the bars could provide water but i would have liked to have seen the cartons replaced as they were used.
So some maintenance for the hotel to deal with i think, just to improve things and I hope could improve the temperature of the pool, everyone I could see clearly thought they were cold.
All in all, an enjoyable stay, so thank you to all the staff that made that possible. What i would call 'does what it says on the tin' and good value for money.

The hotel itself is not bad… just another one of the bunch, it doesn't stand out from my point of view. We had several problems and hence this comment. We arrived late since the flight was delayed and we arrived at dinner time; after the receptionist's explanation, we went to leave our bags in the room (there was no bellhop service). What first caught our attention upon arriving at the room was the heat, so we turned on the air conditioning, went to dinner, and upon returning, it was just as hot; it wasn't working. We had to call several times to have it repaired; they took about half an hour to arrive at the room and the guy fixed it… I think they should take that into account, besides cleaning, to check that everything works… what also caught our attention is that there were no complimentary items such as a shower cap, body lotion, or toothpaste… the water pressure was quite weak, especially during peak hours… another curious thing is having to pay to use the safe, just like the pool towels; you left a deposit, which I see as fine so that people don't steal them, but you only had one free towel change, the following ones had to be paid for… the staff, however, was attentive and friendly, and there was a great variety of activities, although we barely made use of them since we are more into exploring the destination we visit.
