Very good experience

The hotel in general is super good, spacious room, very cool terrace, and very good breakfast, but the best thing without a doubt is the treatment from its employees, with special mention to Jaime the breakfast waiter, charming, he makes you feel super comfortable and is attentive at all times, the truth is that going to a place and being treated like that is wonderful, I would definitely recommend it.

Enough with NH - always problems

A basic 4 star hotel with lots of maintenance issues .
From no slippers , bathrobes , one day no water , noisy AC , bad black
Out , poor training . Alvaro was helpful

Old hotel - 3 star max with very basic standards and many maintenance problems

Another disappointing NH hotel which confirms this company must face big changes if Minor wants to compete with the big players

Nice hotel in Jerez

Very good option to sleep in this area of the province of Cadiz as Puerto de Santa María is very full in August.

It is without a doubt my go-to hotel.
I want to acknowledge the work of the team and especially Mercedes.
She is the most efficient, kind, and professional person I know; my restaurant service would not be the same without her, and she also brings a human warmth that luckily all of us who are served by her have.
