Almost 2 hours waiting in 34-degree heat.

Terrible attention and treatment at reception. Because we arrived at 12:30, we had to wait an hour and a half in 34-degree heat with two small children and a loaded car; they did not provide any solution other than sending us to the bar while we waited, with the premise that check-in is at 14:00. I asked if they have any bungalows available, and the response was that the cleaning staff brings the keys at 14:00, and we have to wait. This is the third time we have come, but we will not return; the last time there were also problems with the return of the deposit (they ended up conceding because it was not our fault). Not recommended at all.

Control of the colony of cats that exists in the campsite.

We have spent a good weekend with family and friends in our caravans, manicured facilities and clean bathrooms.
Just one thing you should take care of and control because it's so nasty.
On the campsite there is a colony of cats, who had the whole plot full of piss and shit.
In the morning we would wake up and there was the whole enclosure and skirt of our caravan pissed in different places.
The skirt has been broken by cats sharpening their nails in it, it's a bitch because nobody likes that.
It is a shame that with how careful and well maintained the campsite is this type of circumstance occurs that is not pleasant for any client.

Great stay

I stayed at the campsite with a school group. The campsite is nice the comfortable bungalows, the friendly breakfast with large toasted toasts and the particularly kind staff. Excellent value for money. Recommend
