We were eating last week and immediately after entering we were greeted by a gentleman in a suit and we already gave a very good impression I knew the hotel from earlier and things must have changed and for the better since we were very well attended by this gentleman very friendly with know how to be and with much office, the menu rich

The worst coffee in Segovia by far not to say that they have taken more than 15 min to serve.

Fatal cooked

We've been eating the menu of the day and the worst we've eaten in a long time.
On the.menu children's spaghetti and breaded steaks my daughter left the spaghetti completely the tomato was acidic.
The horrible fideuá was left by the 3 of us and the waitress was more concerned with bringing dishes than asking why they keep food.
You get rating on dessert while you're still with the second and the people at the next table got the seconds while I was still around. With the first ones.

Unfortunate

You can't put less than 1 star. Dirty beds full of hair, you hear the noises of each of the rooms on your floor and those below enjoying a night of love. You wake up and itches behind your ear. The shower broken, the shower curtain unchanged since they opened the hotel at least, the floor sticky and greasy. Two plugs that don't work and the most used pillows can't be. Remarkable? That the room that touched us had a balcony. We got into a quad room and slept on top of each other. They still charge you up front.

Great value for Money

I would not normally start a review with the subject above; simply I read reviews before and would like to set expectations.
Segovia is a wonderful place and in demand, you want a 5 star hotel in city centre? You will need to pay good money. Hotel is ONLY 5 mins away from town by car, as clearly shows on map; we only stayed for one night; bed comfortable enough; bar was only downstairs and was very local, full of local people and tapas so personally I loved it, If you would like full English breakfast, you would probably need Togo toBrighton or Benidorm, if the sim is to soak up local culture and athmosphere then this place is good enough. Overall very impressed, good value for Money.
