Quiet and services up to par
Very beautiful experience in this adults-only hotel... surprising but very appreciable quiet... Delphine at the spa, Chus at the Los Jameos restaurant... and others in the services are very welcoming and pleasant... I recommend this hotel to enjoy rest and luxury

Above decent but below premium
The first thing I realised when I arrived at the hotel is that it is not adults only. The entertainment and facilities are mainly geared for families.
There is a small adults only pool with a bar but there is a sewage like smell which spoils it. If you are on the adults only package you can have lunch at the pool bar between 1-3pm. If you don’t mind the smell. The bar also closes before 6pm.
The rooms are very clean and fresh with a bottle of water provided each day. I can see why they’re called suites but they are not premium. The furniture is Ikea ish with the tables being on wheels. The garden patios are well maintained and the seating comfy enough. A starter pack of four coffee capsules is provided on arrival but if you want more it costs extra.
My next big complaint is the lack of drink options. There is no Prosecco (only cava) anything above local spirits costs extra but there are no flavoured gin or rums anyway. Malibu is included but mojitos cost extra. No bottled beer or ciders. Oh and ice cream lollies cost extra to.
Overall I’d say this place feels cheap and cheerful not premium, adults only or all inclusive.

Dirty hotel and rooms
Arrived at 01.30 in the morning got checked in and went to our room no air conditioning and room was very dirty hairs on shower floor broken tiles and dirty pull out bed and no bedding,went back to reception and told him he said I'll send someone down Security guard arrived with a wet pillow we told him it was no acceptable went back to reception and told him we needed another room or could we speak to manager he said no manager in hotel on nights so back to room picked our cases up and sat in reception until a room came available 30 minutes later he give us another room 03.30 by this time went to bed unpacked our cases in the morning and went for breakfast, we heard public relations manager wanted to see us went we went to see him he said we had to vacate that room as it wasn't ours and another one would be available in 1 hour so back to room to pack our cases 3 hours later got our room (yippee) but it wasn't that easy as we we inspected it it was just as bad as the first room hairs and brown stains on shower tray floor got manager back down he said give him 1 hour to get it cleaned so by the time this was all done it was 16.00 not what you want on first day so would not recommend this hotel save your money and book somewhere else .

Very bad.
Dreadful experience. Hotel overcrowded with tourists. If you don't have a wristband, they charge you for even breathing (they charge you for tap water despite the half-board and the fact that the hotel is full of fountains, but at night, three little euros for water into their pockets). The food is by far the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. On the bathroom walls and on the pool's Balinese beds, the fungus acts like it has been there forever. Anyway, terrible.

En este régimen, las bebidas no están incluidas y, por tanto, únicamente se facturan las consumiciones realizadas, independientemente de que se trate de agua u otras bebidas.
Asimismo, queremos aclarar que en todos los restaurantes cualquier hotel, ciudad o localidad, así como en nuestros restaurantes buffet como en los restaurantes a la carta, el agua embotellada en botella de cristal es un producto de pago, también para los clientes alojados en régimen de Media Pensión. Las fuentes de agua disponibles en diferentes zonas del establecimiento son, naturalmente, de uso gratuito.
Lamentamos especialmente que ningún alimento de nuestra oferta gastronómica no haya sido de su agrado y que, según nos indica, nada de la comida ofrecida durante su estancia haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Agradecemos, en cualquier caso, que nos haga llegar su opinión personal, ya que entendemos que cada paladar es un mundo y los gustos y preferencias pueden variar considerablemente de un huésped a otro.
