Fantastic hotel

My Husband and I have just returned from a 12 night holiday at the Relaxia Lanzaplaya. We normally stay at 4 star hotels...but we tried this hotel as the reviews were good and the location and pool area ect ticked all the boxes we like for a holiday. My Husband and I loved the hotel... food bang on, location bang on, rooms bang on and pool area and bar...just lovely. We both agreed the food at this hotel for us was better than most 4 stars we have been too. The staff are all very friendly and genuine. There was Abdel in the restaurant was always very helpful and friendly. We found Diana & Jun at the pool bar always really nice too. It was nice also to meet the manager Miguel...nice guy who is obviously doing a fab job with the hotel. Next visit to puerto del carmen we would 100% come back to this hotel. Nice to feel safe aswell in your hotel. It was all very friendly and nice.

can not see the tv

very nice place but when it comes to watching this on the tv at the pool bar like football matches the entertainment person always turns the tv away for the people on the far side so you no longer can see and as there is not many tables and gets quite busy you can not see also the floors in the accommodation are very dirty white socks turn brown in a short time

A great hotel if you want to relax and also be close to beach and bars

We arrived around 9.30pm restaurant was closed but we were left some food. Appartment on lower ground had everything in we needed. Very close to beach, bars and restaurants but lovely and quite still so easy to sleep. Always able to get a sunbed. We were all inclusive always variety for food but not so much if you take kids. Not many kids at hotel but a good mix of ages. Bar closed at 11 but very close to bars and shops if you are looking for nightlife and supplies. Drop off and pick up a short walk from hotel. I have mobility problems and this was doable. Staff on hand if you need them.
