I stayed here for a week with my parents and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is situated in the heart of Las Canteras beach, with a huge mall nearby (Las Arenas C.C). We paid extra to have the breakfast included and were very satisfied with it.
The receptionists were so courteous and were super friendly. I arrived later than my parents around 01:30 am and was met by a very polite and friendly male receptionist who set the bar very high! We are ever so pleased with our stay here and cannot wait to be back again!❤️.
Housekeeping was superb and the customer relations lady was such a lovely person who gave excellent suggestions as to what to do in the island.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. This is the second time I’ve used this hotel. This time, there was a very pleasant male receptionist, but otherwise, I didn’t feel very welcome from those working at the reception or in other positions at the hotel. The breakfast was completely out of toppings/glasses several times, and there was a strange atmosphere among the staff that wasn’t very pleasant. I travel a lot for both work and leisure, but I have never been asked to leave the breakfast area just two minutes after 10:30 AM. At 10:32 AM, we were told to go outside without finishing our food. The location is very good, but there is a lot to improve for the staff to create a more welcoming atmosphere among the guests.

The people/staff were nothing short of fabulous, world class. Rooms with sea views, they are most probably unmatched by anything in the world, sea views are amazing at the one and only Las Canteras. Restaurants nearby (if you do a little searching around) are amazing at really good prices.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone, although as I didn’t give it all 5 stars, this is merely due to a few subjective reasons; 1) I didn’t find the breakfast good enough for a hotel like this, and 2) for some reason you couldn’t put the Aircondition down to less than 19 degrees (that you would really want in an area with high temperatures and humidity from the sea). The solution to the latter though, is to open the window if you find the noise from the waves soothing for your sleep. All in all, a great experience.

The room was nice, kept clean.
The staff are lovely
The pool is basically non existent but that doesn't matter as you're beach front anyway
Breakfast choice was poor and nothing that was supposed to be warm was warm. Breakfast spoils the hotel
