Hotel next to the cathedral, quiet, comfortable and price adjusted

Horrible and shameful.
Pitiful hotel... room with dirty walls, scribbled on and unpainted for years... pitiful bathroom with a shower curtain, when you shower you fill the bathroom with water... a lot of noise... the noise that can be there is indecent, a turbine sounds all day and night that cannot be turned off... the truth is that the experience is horrible... and the fact that you don't have anyone physical to be able to manage questions or problems, but rather through a screen and every time you call you get a different person is a disgrace... I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, although it has nothing of a hotel. There are hostels that are a thousand times better than this piece of junk...

Great.
Nice room with large terrace, clean and very close to the cathedral. We redeemed a wonderbox box and the experience was much better than expected. Buffet breakfast with a variety of sweet and savoury items. To repeat

Well located hotel
Hotel with good conditions, spacious rooms and clean. Quiet zone. Good breakfast. Good location. Near the monuments.

Please, can someone help me?
Central accommodation, and now. This was the only advantage we saw this hotel/hostel. The room seemed very expensive, and was a tiny attic. For a moment, we thought Anne Frank was hiding in the bathroom. Cleanliness left to be desired everywhere: the bathroom, the walls of the room, dust on the furniture... but the most horrifying thing was that the sheets were also dirty.
We would have complained about this, but there goes the other question of this accommodation: no one works here, at least at night. We could not express our grievances, as the only reference was a person on the other side of an intercom.
The walls were paper, you could hear the TV of the other rooms, and in the morning, movement of “cleaning” rooms, making a lot of noise.
As far as breakfast was concerned, it was not bad, although it gave a feeling of sloppiness, as in the dining room you could see vintage covid instructions. Finally, a bad detail, and that is that there were no recycling bins in the dining room, all the trash was going to the same container.
In short, nothing serious to object to, if not for the inordinate price of the room. I don't think we'll be back.
